What We Could Not Confirm
Not confirmed: we looked for these on official pages and did not find them. Check with the town or operator before you rely on them.
- The City's Old and Historic District boundary: we did not read an official page that states the district's edges, so we describe it only as the historic peninsula core.
- Meter rate conflict: the City's Where-to-Park page says $3 per hour, but the City's older Parking Meters page and the CVB parking page still say $2 per hour (CVB also says 2-hour limit); we use the City Where-to-Park figure and flag the rest as out of date.
- Rainbow Row, the Battery and White Point Garden: the official pages we read give no street numbers, hours, admission or rules for them.
- Waterfront Park address, hours and restroom locations: the city park page we read lists none.
- Walking distances between sights: no official page we read states them.
- Carriage tour fares, boarding spots and quiet-hours rules: not read this session (only the heat rule and zone maps were on the city page).
- Last-updated dates: none of the official pages we read shows one.
